Item condition
All items are sold as-is, based on the condition and imagery provided in the product description. We encourage you to carefully review all item descriptions before completing your purchase. Please note that due to their vintage nature, items may show signs of wear or have slight variations. Unless otherwise specified, no product will be in brand new condition. Please do manage expectations as all items are preloved and may show signs of wear.
Authenticity
We uphold a strict authenticity policy for all our goods. Each item sold goes through a multi step authentication process to ensure ‘authenticity guaranteed’. In the very unlikely event that the item is proven to not be authentic, a refund with be processed within 24 hours. Postage
For domestic parcels (Australia) goods are shipped through regular parcel post with tracking via Australia Post. If you require specific requests such as express postage or signature on delivery please notify us prior to purchasing.
For international parcels (outside of Australia), all goods are shipped through regular parcel post with tracking via Australia Post. If you require specific requests such as express postage or signature on delivery please notify us prior to purchasing.

The Luxe Archives does not accept responsibility or liability for loss, damaged or stolen parcels.
Sourcing
All though we do not share our direct suppliers and vendors our goods are curated from domestic sellers in Australia, Japan and the United States.
